I begin by understanding your brand — where you’re coming from and what you want to communicate. A short questionnaire helps me research who you are, what you like and don’t like, your competitors, and your industry.
Then I move to the sketchpad, where ideas take shape. Most sketches never leave the page, but that exploration helps uncover a distinct direction for your brand.
Next, I refine selected concepts digitally, starting in black and white to ensure the logo works at its core. I typically present 8–10 concepts via Zoom or in person. I encourage you to review them, eliminate what doesn’t resonate, and focus on what does. Finding the final logo usually takes a few rounds — and that’s part of the process.
Once we narrow the direction, I develop color and typography, and narrow in on a single execution.
Finally, I present the refined logo and deliver all brand assets, ready for you to use across your materials.
